VII INTERNATIONAL BIENNIAL OF EXPERIMENTAL POETRY

The VII Biennial of Experimental Poetry was carried out in the cities of Mexico, D.F., and Cuernavaca, between November 8 and December 4, 2001.

In the Mexico City the activities took place in the facilities of the National Center of the Arts of CONACULTA, with the participation of the sound poet and theoretical of the vanguard poetry Dr. Klaus Groh, from Germany; it also attended the Brazilian artist Ana Aly, who presented his plastic work of visual poetry and of her husband Philadelpho Menezes, dead in the year 2000 and in whose homage was dedicated the VII Biennial. Video materials and CD ROM received in the VII Biennial were exhibited in the same place.

A second stage took place in the city of Cuernavaca, in a state adjacent with the Mexico City, in the areas of exhibitions of the Borda Garden at this city. .......................................................
